		<description>I&#039;m guessing that the &quot;BEEF&quot; the will need to be presented at Monday&#039;s meeting. It seems also that the Branson City Government has done the right thig to make this a public hearing and Ms Denham must provide facts at that time. If not and most likely anyway she will need to start looking for a new job.

That said, having watched Branso politics for years it would  not surprise me in the least if her allegations had merit.

For the building owners I would think that it would be important to have Flood insurance available to proteect the investment.

As seen last year, mother nature is really in charge here and man is not.</description>
